Yup, end of the world! I got into my car this morning, it was below freezing, and noticed a 2 to 3 inch crack in the windshield! It's starting to run from the top down on the driver's side.  :upset: :fail at life: :end of the world!: :apocalypse now:

edit: at least one of those smileys worked.

P(also what smilies not working?)
I was being facetious. I just put random angry thoughts in between two colons ":" to see which ones had smiley faces associated with my dissatisfaction. When I posted my comment, one showed up as a smiley.

Go to GIS, type in those things, select "Icon" on the right and find me good candidate ones and I'll add them. Or if you can find animated gifs that would look good enough small/scaled down.

BTW: This is why I am Mr. Paranoid about making sure I get my nicks and chips filled in on my windshield. I've never had a crack or a bullseye spread in 16 years ;)

Oh, don't add more smileys. I amuse myself by making smileys that don't exist. :itsfun:

I've replaced the windshield in my Mercury at least once. Too many dump trucks on the highway where I live. Stupid trucks.

Sorry about your windshield. But on the bright side I woke up this morning and OMG SNOW!!! Its like Christmas! I took the dogs for a drag rather than a walk. They do not like the cold so they lay down.

Greta, instead of going to the rather large grass area that had been cleared for her, decided to go bounding in the one inch of snow we got. She got about ten jumps and fell over shivering. I had to take her in and put her on her heating pad next to a radiator to get her functional again. The second time, she just got 2 feet out from the garage door and went on the cement :|

aww. poor Greta. Does she have a sweater?

Mom has bought her three and Greta can't stand to keep em on :rofl2:

The problem isn't the top anyway, she doesn't have hair on her chest/belly because of the harness she had when we got her.

I really wish it would snow here. Haven't gotten to play with my truck in the snow. 6-wheel drive FTW!

I'll be getting out the tractor to clear the driveway tonight..... and the snowmobiles have been ready to go since thanksgiving.

Lucky duck. (or cow as the case may be). What state do you live in Cowman?

WI.

We've had a distinct lack of snow last year. Last year around this time there was a good 18" on the ground.

Lucky!

Western Washington gets a few inches a year, but it almost always melts within a day or two. The whole state grinds to a halt. There are a lot of hills and displaced Californians that can't handle the roads.

What is this "Snow" of which you speak?

It's the stuff under the tractor.

Good news everyone! It's snowing outside! Got at least 3 inches on the ground right now. No pictures because it's dark. Maybe tomorrow?

I have a cat that's a little crazy in the head. I think his mom and dad were brother and sister or something. He dove out into the 8 inches of snow and started trying to catch the snow flakes. :)
